Yes. Build and download as many times as you like. If you want help with hosting or a custom domain, tick the box when you download and Dhiraj will get in touch.
Nowhere. Photos are resized, and the cut-out of your main photo is made, right in your browser. They are packed straight into your zip file and never uploaded to us.
